Juliette Yeah I know what you mean... unless you give him a book of vouchers... like for hugs and massages and things like that.

Caroline Cool I have heaps of paper here. I will give him a piece of printer paper......lol :o)

Sally#1 I gave hubby a fisher charter for our first anniversary which covered the paper thing. You could get hubby tickets to a concert that he wants to see or a voucher for some sort of tour, charter, etc. The end product is not necessarily "paper" as such. The paper thing doesn't have to be something tacky and meaningless.

missy if you can stick to that list until your 75th anniversary I take my hat off too you! :)

I'd love to follow something like this but know that in my lazy ways (or fast paced life- which ever way you look at it :P) that we would probably do the first two years than loose the momentum.

would be great if you can stick to it though..

Sally#1 Juliette, those gifts would be so much easier to get. I'm stumped on the flower/fruit gift for the 4th year.......last time I bought flowers for hubby he had a go at me and asked if I thought he was gay or something. I thought it was a nice gesture, obviously not. Now an appliance for 4th year is so much easier to think of.

Kimberley sometimes they are a bit silly hey?

i sent my now husband a dozen red roses when he was sick once when he still lived in brissy and his mum was so jealoous cause she wanted them! he didn't mind me sending him flowers!

Juliette The girls at work sent their boyfriends flowers for Valentines Day. Their boys were stoked because they had never received flowers!

Sally#1 I think hubby saw it as a not very macho thing and was embarrased by it. I on the other hand didn't see a problem with it and thought it would be nice and so did everyone else who saw them. Needless to say I've never done it again.
